What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment by Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Shopify Pay and Visa.

 

Why am I not able to select certain dates?

As we do not do deliveries on public holidays, you will not be able to select the dates where public holiday falls on.

 

Why am I not able to click on a certain time slot?

There are only a limited number of 4 slots per 2 hours and it is a first come first serve basis.

 

How do I cancel my order before I make payment?

Go to your shopping cart, you will have the option to delete the item or checkout. Do note that once your payment is confirm there will be no refund.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship our boxes in Singapore.


How do I track my order and payment?

The status of your package can be found when you login to your account under order history. We will also be sending you text massages regarding the status of your orders

 

What will happen if I am not around to collect my subscription box when it arrives?

We will inform you the delivery dates and timing through text messages. If you are unable to collect the subscription box you can have another person to collect it on your behalf or inform us and we will change the delivery dates but do note that there will be additional delivery fee charged.

 

I have not received my box, what should I do?

The boxes will be delivered on your selected date. If you have not received by the end of the day please email us at organigplus@gmail.com.
