Apple Carrot Orange Smoothie

Ingredients List
2 large apple
2 large carrot
1½ cup orange juice
½ teaspoon grated ginger (optional)
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Directions
1. Core and diced the apples and place in the blender
2. Skin and grate the carrot and place in the blender
3. Add the orange juice, ginger and honey and blend till smooth. Best served chilled.
